WWE Humor: CM Punk Wanted This WWE Diva To Interrupt His Promo But Got Two Former Champions Instead!
Some WWE superstars didn’t like CM Punk’s returning to WWE. CM Punk’s promos have been getting interrupted regularly on WWE. Punk on the last RAW episode claimed he would win the Royal Rumble and asked to play his music “Counter Personality” but “Burn It Down” played instead.
Second City Saint didn’t like the interruption and quoted on the mic:
“It’s always somebody I don’t want it to be. Why can’t it be Rhea Ripley? Why can’t it be Rhea Ripley interrupting me?”
He also asked the commentators Michael Cole and Pat McAfee whether they were turning on him when they sang “Burn It Down.”
Punk’s Feud With Seth Rollin Is Not Over Yet
CM Punk and Seth Freakin Rollins have been at each other’s throats since the 2024 Survivor Series: WarGames. They have been involved in verbal and physical brawls since then. The promo that these two superstars delivered against each other at the end of 2024 was called the promo of the year. Their hatred for each other increased so much that they were part of the most brutal match at RAW’s Netflix Premiere. CM Punk won the most physical match but didn’t forget to mock Monday Night Messiah.
CM Punk was acknowledging the crowd about his plans and just when he stated that Seth Rollins was no longer on his plate, Revolutionary’s music hit. Seth Rollins claimed that he has lost many matches but the loss to CM Punk was his worst. He stated that he would end CM Punk’s Wrestlemania dream at Royal Rumble to seek redemption.
CM Punk Vows To Stop John Cena From Winning The Royal Rumble!
CM Punk in his promo mocked John Cena by copying his signature “You Can’t See Me” sign. Best in the World stated that he has always been able to see him and confirmed his appearance at the 2025 Royal Rumble. Punk vowed to throw John Cena out of the ring to win the Rumble. John Cena has already confirmed his participation in the 30-Men Royal Rumble on RAW’s Netflix Premiere.
Drew McIntyre Interrupted Both CM Punk And Seth Rollins!
CM Punk and Drew McIntyre brawled for most of 2024. The issue was resolved after a massive blood loss, both superstars suffered at Badblood. It was the first time that CM Punk and Drew McIntyre crossed paths since CM Punk defeated Drew McIntyre at Badblood. The Scottish Warrior was however after Seth Rollins this time and not CM Punk.
Drew mocked Seth Rollins for being the mirror image of CM Punk. He called him for not stopping Roman Reigns from becoming the Undisputed Tribal Chief. The Scottish Warrior said he was taking the matter into his own hands. He would feature at the Royal Rumble to get the title shot and win the championship to stop Roman Reigns.
