In a small town near Clear Lake, a familiar horror resurfaces when reptilian terrors awaken: giant crocodiles from the Lake Placid series and genetically enhanced giant anacondas from the Anaconda franchise.
🧪 EXPERIMENT GONE WRONG
A biotech corporation known as Wexel Hall Pharmaceuticals is secretly conducting genetic experiments on anacondas to create a serum of eternal youth. The modified anacondas are stronger, faster, and more intelligent. During a transfer operation, the snakes escape and head toward the same area already infested with giant crocodiles—creating the conditions for a monstrous showdown.

Sheriff Reba, previously seen in Lake Placid: The Final Chapter, is now trying to keep the peace in the town and prevent panic. She soon finds herself stuck between two monstrous species as attacks begin to escalate.
Meanwhile, a local college is organizing a sorority initiation party by Clear Lake. A group of bikini-clad sorority girls and frat boys become accidental monster bait, caught in the crossfire between the crocodiles and anacondas.
