Prince Harry, Jay Z and Usher: All of the celebrities pictured partying with Diddy over the years
As one of the most recognisable names in hip-hop, Sean Combs – better known as P Diddy – built a star-studded network spanning the music, film, fashion and business worlds. For decades, a coveted invitation to his famously lavish parties resembled a golden ticket into the upper echelons of Hollywood.
Whether an opulent birthday bash, record label get-together or one of his famous White Parties – which he threw annually between 1998 and 2009 – everything was first-class. The free-flowing champagne was the finest. Everyone was dressed in designer. And you could rub shoulders with the biggest names in Hollywood, from the likes of Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore to Beyoncé and Jay Z.
While featuring on said guest lists used to be a badge of honour, after the disgraced music mogul’s September 16 arrest for racketeering and sex trafficking, it’s become quite the opposite. Since, the internet has taken a closer look at the A-List faces spotted at the rapper, record executive and entrepreneur’s high-profile soirées through the years, especially amid the reports of his “freak off” parties, which were allegedly a hotbed for exploitation and verbal, emotional and physical abuse.
Most recently, Jay Z (real name Shawn Carter) was accused in a civil suit of raping a 13-year-old girl alongside Combs at a party in 2000.

The accuser claims that she was drugged and assaulted by Carter and Combs at a house party after the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in New York and that an “unnamed female celebrity” was in the room at the time. Jay Z has immediately dismissed these claims as blackmail. In a statement posted to social media, Jay Z wrote: “My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee.
“What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle. No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!”
Now the names that once populated Diddy’s guestbook are under more scrutiny than ever. Here’s a look back on who he used to party with, from Jay Z and Usher to Prince Harry.
Mentees: Mary J. Blige and Usher
As a rapper, producer and record label head, it’s unsurprising that Diddy rubbed shoulders with the biggest names in music in his spare time. But he was also a mentor to industry newcomers, nurturing the early careers of some of R&B and rap music’s heavy-hitters in the 90s including The Notorious B.I.G, Mary J. Blige and Usher. The disgraced mogul produced the majority of Blige’s 1992 debut album and has been photographed extensively with her over the decades (including at his 2003 and 2004 White Parties). Despite attending a release party for Combs’ album last September, fans have speculated that an Instagram post by Blige in March, in which she says she “burns bridges as needed” is about her relationship with Diddy.
A teenage Usher lived with Combs for a period in 1994 at the request of his then-label executive L.A Reid. He hasn’t commented on the charges brought against the 54-year-old but has been quoted about his experiences at his parties. “There was always girls around. You’d open a door and see somebody doing it, or several people in a room having an orgy,” he told radio star Howard Stern – a fellow guest pictured at Combs’ parties – in a 2016 interview.
The Civic compact car has been a long-time favorite among our staff for its effortless balance of practicality, value, and driving fun. The 2025 Civic receives styling tweaks to keep it looking fresh and it gains a hybrid variant, updates that aid it in returning to our 10Best list for another year. In the Civic Hybrid, a 2.0-liter four-cylinder with two electric motors provides a combined 200 horsepower, and the car is rated at up to 49 mpg combined. A 150-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder is now the only engine option for the nonhybrid models, and it lacks zeal but also provides impressive fuel efficiency.
Sedan and hatchback body styles are available, and the Civic provides agile handling and a well-balanced ride no matter which version you choose. The lower-trim nonhybrid versions have a comprehensive roster of driver-assistance features as standard, but you’ll have to step up to the more expensive Hybrid Sport and Hybrid Sport Touring models to get nicer equipment and better infotainment features. Though the 2025 Civic hit the streets running, it faces competition from the recently refreshed Hyundai Elantra and the alluring Toyota Prius, as well as its arch-rival, the Toyota Corolla.
The Civic receives a few cosmetic changes to keep its styling looking fresh for 2025. Revised headlamps and a reworked bumper help visually identify the new model year from last year’s Civic. The bigger news is the addition of the Civic Hybrid. The hybrid powertrain is optional on the Sport trim level and standard on the top Sport Touring trim level. The nonhybrid model, now limited to LX and Sport trims, will be offered only with the nonturbo 2.0-liter four; last year’s turbocharged 1.5-liter has been discontinued. The manual transmission is also no longer available in the Civic hatchback, meaning a stick-shift is now reserved for the sportier Civic Si and Civic Type R models.
