A new Marvel Rivals leak has revealed tons of new characters including the likes of Deadpool, Captain Marvel, and more, along with maps, team-ups, and player icons. This is by far one of the most comprehensive Marvel Rivals leaks to date, as it reveals a plethora of content that hasn’t been a part of other leaks so far.
Marvel Rivals became an instant hit after its launch in early December, and fans have been quite curious to learn more about what content will be coming to the game in the near future. There have been several leaks in the past few weeks revealing what characters players might expect in the game next. However, by far one of the most credible leaks came through an official Marvel Rivals ad which accidentally showed Human Torch and The Thing from the Fantastic Four as part of the character roster. Now, a new leak gives fans some more insights into what the developers might have in store for them.

In a tweet, user X0X_LEAK reveals a bunch of exciting content for Marvel Rivals fans. Apparently, through a datamine of the launch build, several upcoming characters, maps, and team-ups in Marvel Rivals have been revealed. The leaked characters include Angela, Hit-Monkey, Deadpool, Captain Marvel, Emma Frost, Phoenix/Jean Grey, and Modok. Along with that, the leaked maps include Krakoa, Arakko, and New York. A bunch of team-ups are also a part of the leaks, which include both new and old characters. Last but not least, the leak also reveals the Marvel Rivals Season 1 image along with some player icons.

What’s notable is that this is the first time that the Marvel Rivals characters mentioned by the leaker have been mentioned for Season 1. It is also quite surprising that none of the characters that were leaked earlier for Season 1 are in the character list, but they are still a part of the team-ups. Considering that these characters are allegedly part of the launch build, it possibly suggests that they might be quite close to being completed and getting released in the game.
Apart from members of the Fantastic Four, leaks had also suggested that Ultron could be coming to Marvel Rivals in the near future. Considering how many characters have been a part of leaks, at this point, it is quite difficult to predict which characters will be making their way into the game next. Marvel Rivals’ next major update will be coming in January, which will mark the beginning of the first season of the game. Leaks should be taken with a grain of salt, but players will definitely be getting tons of exciting content in Marvel Rivals in the near future.
It isn’t often that a manufacturer transforms a hybrid into a nonhybrid; it’s usually vice versa. But that is what Alfa Romeo has planned for the Tonale subcompact SUV. Since the model’s release, it has only been offered as a plug-in hybrid (reviewed separately) in the U.S. market. The new nonhybrid Tonale ditches its battery pack and electric motor for a 268-hp turbo four-cylinder powertrain. The engine is borrowed from the Dodge Hornet, which is built on the same platform as the Tonale and shares much of its sheetmetal and interior bits with the Alfa. In our most recent test of the Tonale Hybrid, we didn’t think that the powertrain was the Tonale’s primary issue but rather its uncommunicative steering, which renders it less engaging to pilot than the larger Alfa Stelvio SUV. While 268 horsepower, all-wheel drive, and respectable standard equipment put the Tonale in the running with other nonhybrid competitors like the BMW X1, Volvo XC40, and Mercedes-Benz GLA-class, a new engine won’t change the fact that those three provide a more refined luxury experience than the Tonale Hybrid. In all likelihood, that will apply to the standard, nonhybrid Tonale as well.
While the hybrid version of the Tonale has been around since the 2024 model year, the gas-only version Tonale is new for 2025. Despite the powertrain difference between the hybrid and nonhybrid Tonale, they are very similar cars inside and out.
The price of the 2025 Alfa Romeo Tonale starts at $38,530 and goes up to $42,930 depending on the trim and options.
We’d spring for the more expensive Veloce, which adds adaptive dampers and paddle shifters. It also comes with the Premium package, which includes quality-of-life-improving features such as leather seats with ventilation up front, driver’s-seat memory, and a hands-free power liftgate.
