Papoose Says He’s Requested Divorce “Numerous Times,” Remy Ma Exposes His “GF” Claressa Shields
Remy Ma and Papoose shocked everyone on Wednesday night (Dec. 11) when they exposed a few private endeavors in their marriage.
In an Instagram post, Remy shared text messages between Papoose and his alleged new girlfriend, world champion boxer Claressa Shields. In the messages, Shields expressed frustration after Pap didn’t inform her he made it home safely. She reportedly wrote: “You are the one who is married! If you can’t at least sleep on the phone with me or be with me in person… it shouldn’t be a big deal to let me know you made it home safe.”
Remy exposed the text thread, captioning it: “Papoose dumb a** fell asleep on the phone with @claressashields [laughing emojis] Laying in my house he refuses to leave. This bih supposed to be a world champion boxer and her scary a hung up as soon as she heard my voice [laughing emojis]. Now I’m telling everything! Oh, and babygirl, you’re not the only one [shrug emoji].”
She followed up with more in her Instagram Stories, accusing Shields of spreading fake stories to paint her in a negative light.
Remy wrote: “This lady #claressashields and that sorry a** publicity team been putting out fake stories on me EVERYDAY to make me look bad and him look like God’s gift for too long. I begged @papoose to put out something to stop the narrative and he kept telling me just stay quiet that’s the best thing to do. Welp, I’m tired.”
“Oh and he said he would never f**k you cuz you ugly but don’t worry I saw everything now the world gonna see it since u so tough boo,” she said.

Shields quickly clapped back, responding: “How a woman with 2 boyfriends mad at a man that has a girlfriend? @remyma if I ain’t the only one, why the hell you tagging me?” In response, Remy clarified that she’s a “one boyfriend woman” like she was a “one husband woman.”
“Hey Ms. Shields, I am a ONE boyfriend woman, the same way I was a ONE husband woman. And I’m a good woman at that,” she wrote in comments. “Hence why mfs won’t just go. Oh & He’s never gonna buy you anything cuz he thinks HE’S the prize he’s a taker not a giver. Plus I’m the one with the bag lol. Please, stop playing with me cuz I’m not the enemy you want.”
“I am not even mad actually I’m very happy- and that’s why your boyfriend is mad. Oh and I know you said you feel stupid but you look stupid too,” she asserted. Remy also went on to accuse Papoose of threatening to call police on her in the past, to which he denied. She also alleged that he’s been physical with her and claimed to have audio.
Papoose followed up by claiming that Remy is now “mad” that he moved on and that he’s asked for a divorce “numerous times.” The Brooklyn MC also alleged that during Christmas 2023 the “Conceited” rapper was cozied up with her rumored boo. Sharing a photo of Remy posing with Eazy under a Christmas tree, Pap dubbed her a “narcissist” and even claimed to have knocked out the battle rapper over “shaking his hand” then “sleeping with his wife.”
“While I was at home with my daughter last Christmas. This is where @remyma was. Now that I FINALLY moved on she’s angry & making up lies,” he wrote in a lengthy caption. “#Narcissist I told her we could divorce like adults. She refuses to do that because I wouldn’t lie & say I didn’t knock this chump out. I still got the messages of her begging me to lie about the knockout. But who cares! He didn’t throw 1 punch back #supersoft.”
He continued, “Last time I saw this chump, he was in the fetal position. Everybody saw it! 2 When I knocked him out @remyma woke him up. And went home with him for 4 days. I went home with my daughter! As you can see she couldn’t wait to lie about it again. SMH #narcissist I didn’t knock him out because he slept with my wife. I knocked him out because he shook my hand. And then slept with my Wife. #wife #narcissist.”
The cracks in Remy and Papoose’s marriage have been a topic of speculation for over a year as rumors of separation and infidelity have swirled. Adding fuel to the fire, Remy has been using her maiden name publicly and has been spotted with Eazy on multiple occasions.
It’s now officially official: The U.S. is getting the 2026 Honda Prelude. While the news isn’t a surprise, it had only been strongly hinted at up to today, when Honda confirmed as much. The hybrid two-door Honda coupe will arrive on our shores later in 2025 and will do its best to keep up the performance end suggested by its appearance despite its humble-origins hybrid system shared with the Civic, Accord, and others.
Key to this performance feel will be the use of a seemingly Prelude-exclusive (for now) Linear Shift Control, which Honda says will give the coupe “the feel of a conventional drivetrain shifting gears” at wide open throttle. While this sounds utterly banal, it’s actually big news given the way Honda’s current hybrid setup works: There is no conventional type of transmission between the drive wheels and the engine, certainly not one that can be “shifted” from gear to gear in the traditional sense. Instead, a large electric motor does most of the motivation, while the gas engine feeds power to it via a smaller motor-generator unit; the engine can be clutched into a single-speed direct-drive gearbox to help assist the drive wheels in certain scenarios where it’s deemed more efficient to do so. Thus any “shifting” would be entirely faux, much like the simulated rev dips in the Honda Civic and Accord Hybrid models; it’s not yet clear whether Linear Shift Control differs from that programming in any way, though it could by handing over control over those “shift” points to the driver. This also confirms our suspicion that Honda wouldn’t be able to release a true manual or even a DCT version of the Prelude while using its hybrid powertrain.
This “Linear Shift Control” will be joined by a new driving mode called “S Plus Shift,” stylized as “S+ Shift.” Again, according to Honda, this will improve the feel of the 2026 Prelude by maximizing “the efficiency of a high-performance engine and high-output motor, finely controlling engine RPM across all acceleration and deceleration ranges based on driving conditions.” This aggressive feeling is matched to an active sound controller for “powerful auditory feedback” and “responsive meter that engage the senses.”
Honda clued us in to this system during the Honda 0 prototype drives back in October, but at the time it said to expect this auditory system to be released on all-electric Hondas by 2028. It seems like Honda has created a version that can be applied right now to the 2026 Prelude, and we expect a version dedicated to full electrics in the coming years.
