WWE News: Triple H Reacts To Brutal Ishowspeed Royal Rumble Hit
Royal Rumble 2025 had many shocking moments: the injuries Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens inflicted on each other, the surprise return of both Alexa Bliss and Trish Stratus, and Jey Uso’s victory over John Cena in his final RR.
However, there might not have been a more satisfying (and brutal) moment than YouTuber Ishowspeed being absolutely bodied by Bron Breakker.
In the post-show press, WWE boss Triple H reacted to the elimination of Speed, who he had personally invited to the Royal Rumble. He put things simply, to say the least.
“I don’t think I’ve seen a human get hit that hard,” a slightly smug-looked Triple H told reporters.
Speed joined the action after WWE wrestler Carmelo Hayes attacked Akira Tozawa as he entered the ring.
In a twist, Speed found himself alongside Intercontinental Champion Breakker, helping to eliminate the massive Otis by tossing him over the top rope. But things took a brutal turn when Breakker turned on Speed, spearing him out of nowhere and sending him crashing hard to the floor.
What followed was a chaotic and brutal sequence. Speed, still reeling from the spear, was tossed out of the ring, but Otis wasn’t there to catch him—he threw Speed directly over the announce table, sending the YouTuber flying in a painful and comical display.
As Speed limped off, fans got a glimpse of the nasty gash on his leg, evidence of the damage done during his short but memorable time in the Rumble.
Backstage, Speed met up with Logan Paul, who was also part of the Royal Rumble, and showed him the gruesome injury.
“Just walk it off, you’ll be all right,” Paul joked in typical fashion, offering his advice with a smirk. It was a moment of levity in an otherwise painful night for Speed, but he didn’t seem to let the injury stop his ambition.
This wasn’t IShowSpeed’s first brush with WWE. His earlier, more lighthearted moment came when he dressed as a bottle of Prime and helped Paul retain the WWE United States Championship at WrestleMania XL.

But this time, his surprise appearance in the Royal Rumble had a much more intense tone, especially after Triple H invited Speed to the event via FaceTime, offering him a backstage pass and the chance to even stream from the coveted Gorilla Position.
Despite the brutal spear and the humiliating toss over the table, Speed is already looking ahead.
Speaking to Cathy Kelley backstage while wearing a neck brace, Speed vowed to return for the 2026 Royal Rumble, boldly calling out everyone—including Roman Reigns. In a bizarre twist, Speed even claimed he’d eliminate WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry, despite the fact that Henry hasn’t been active in the company since 2021.
While Speed initially posted on X (formerly Twitter) saying “no more WWE” in the aftermath of the painful experience, he quickly followed it up with the declaration that he’d be back, stronger and ready to take on all challengers.
WWE, for their part, got exactly what they wanted. The clip of Breakker’s spear on Speed went viral, racking up 49.6 million views in just 12 hours, showing the immense online power and fanbase Speed brings with him.
It’s hard to deny that the YouTube star’s involvement brought fresh energy and excitement to the event, and it’s likely that this won’t be the last time Speed steps into a WWE ring.
